What the report checks first

Built around the bill families actually receive.

A care-level reassessment can add four figures a month. An “outside pharmacy” fee can appear with no contract line behind it. After one unquestioned month, the new charge becomes the new normal. The report checks the document trail before that happens.

Checklist: six usual suspects

Monthly rate increases
Care-level jumps
Medication management fees
Move-in and community fees
Duplicate service charges
Contract disclosure gaps

The process

How it works

1

Upload the paper trail

The bill, plus any resident agreement, fee schedule, or care-level notice. No payment first, no account.

2

Read the free scan

In about a minute you see how many charges are worth checking and why, before you pay anything.

3

Unlock the full report for $49

Every flag explained against the contract language you actually signed, plus the exact questions to ask.

4

Act the same day

Call the business office with the script, send the dispute email, and share the link with family.

Pricing

One check costs less than one surprise fee.

Assisted living often tops $6,000 a month, and surprise fees are among the most common family complaints. Every check starts with a free scan, and $49 unlocks the full report: clear answers about four-figure charges, for a fraction of one attorney hour.

Your state's ombudsman is free. Use them.

Every state runs a free long-term-care ombudsman program, and they're good. What they need from you is specifics. The report prepares the evidence package you bring to them: the flagged lines, the contract language they don't match, and the dates.

Already tried a chatbot?

Generic AI compares hospital bills against public insurance codes. Senior-care bills have no public price list. Every charge is priced by the contract your family signed. The check reads that contract, the fee schedule, and the care-level notice against the bill, line by line.

Common questions

Questions families ask us

Is this legal or medical advice?

No. The report never makes legal conclusions. It flags facts in your own documents for you to verify with the facility, gives you questions to ask, and includes escalation paths, including your state's free long-term-care ombudsman. It flags situations where families often bring in an elder-law attorney.

What does the free scan show?

The scan counts the charges worth checking and labels each one, like a care-level increase or a possible duplicate fee. The full report, with every flag explained, the evidence, the questions to ask, a dispute email, and a call script, is $49 to unlock.

What happens to our documents?

You upload through a private link only your family holds. Files are stored privately, used only for your scan and report, never used to train AI, and we delete them whenever you ask at aman@techautomationpartners.com.

What should we upload?

At minimum, the bill. The report gets much sharper when it can compare the bill against the resident agreement, the fee schedule, and any care-level or rate-change notice you've received.

How long does it take?

Uploading takes a few minutes and the free scan finishes in about a minute. The full report takes about another minute after you unlock it, and your private link works on any device, so you can share it with siblings before the family call.

What if the bill turns out to be correct?

Then the free scan comes back with zero flags, and you can stop there having paid nothing. If you unlock the report anyway, you get the document trail to show the family and the questions to confirm it with the facility.

Ready when the next statement arrives.

Upload the paper trail, read the free scan, and pay only if you want the full report.
